Salesforce Administrator / Developer Trainee

Veterans2Work, in partnership with Salesforce.com, is offering a unique opportunity for returning U.S. military veterans with no prior experience, to launch potentially lucrative and fulfilling careers in cloud computing.   Salesforce.com has been named by Forbes Magazine the most innovative company in the world for three years running.  The demand for Salesforce Administrators and Developers far exceeds available supply, and the career potential for certified professionals is unlimited.

Motivated veterans with a demonstrated aptitude for business technology are encouraged to apply.  Veterans selected into the program will receive on-line and formal classroom training, certification testing support,  hands-on workplace learning experience and assistance securing a full time position with one of the 100,000 businesses that use Salesforce.

Cost.  As funding has not yet been approved by the VA for Post-9/11 GI Bill or Chapter 31-eligible veterans, the costs for this program must be borne entirely by private donations and participating employers. We encourage you to petition your VA benefits counselor(s) to free up earned benefits for this program.

Fully paid tuition scholarships are available for exceptionally qualified veterans; out of pocket expenses, including travel and subsistence for the one-week on site classroom training, is the responsibility of the veteran.   (Note: GI Bill benefits (e.g., living allowance) may be available for covering these expenses.  Also, in some cases, we may be able to find tial subsidies for expenses from participating corporations or other partners).
