Salesforce Administrator

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work with Salesforce Center of Excellence managers to determine and develop useful reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com.
  • Work with all level of the organization to determine needs and establish priorities.
  • Work with business proactively engage partners in driving profitable growth and increase market share through communication, collaboration, and the development and execution of programs, services, and solutions

Requirements:

Must have previously worked with a CRM solution in a challenging environment and shown success.

  • Intermediate experience with the administration of Salesforce.com and Demand Tools required.
  • Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes
  • Capable of collecting and defining business requirements and architecting a technical solution design for implementation that covers all aspects of the requirements.
  • Strong configuration\administrations skills, development (APEX/Visual Force) a plus.
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into application functionality
  • Must be a go-getter and salesforce.com enthusiast who thrives on working in fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong team player with service-oriented attitude and customer focus
  • Strong configuration\development skills.
  • Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users
  • Project management skills a plus
  • Familiarity with Change and Release Management processes and tools

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline with an information technology focus
  • 2+ years of related Salesforce.com experience in IT
  • 3+ years of CRM experience
  • Experience in all phases of project cycle with interfacing both with technical teams as well as multiple lines of the business users
  • Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Project
  • Strong proficiency of SalesForce.com and Demand Tools required.
  • Strong communication skills
